Chef2U was proudly created by the Little Thai Group in Victoria, BC, bringing years of experience in authentic Thai cuisine, restaurant operations, and local food service.
The Little Thai Group has been part of Victoria’s local dining scene for many years, operating trusted restaurant brands built on authentic flavours, consistent quality, and hands-on restaurant experience. Chef2U continues that same commitment by bringing our restaurant knowledge, kitchen standards, and experienced teams into a convenient delivery-focused concept.
Together with our restaurant teams from Little Thai Place, Artisan Bistro, Fudo Japanese Restaurant, Raku Ramen, and Pho Halong, we created Chef2U as a chef-driven delivery concept built on real restaurant experience, professional kitchens, and trusted local experience.
Chef2U is not a separate dine-in restaurant or a typical cloud kitchen. It is built through our existing restaurant operations, professional kitchens, chefs, and experienced cooks. By using established kitchens and trusted restaurant teams, we are able to prepare fresh, high-quality meals for delivery while keeping the care, flavour, and standards of real restaurant cooking.
Our menu brings together several concepts connected to the strengths of our restaurant group: Gourmet Kitchen by Artisan Bistro, Ramen + Rolls by Fudo Japanese Restaurant and Raku Ramen, Pho + Grill by Pho Halong, and Asian + Noodles created by Little Thai Place.
Because Chef2U is built through our existing restaurant operations, professional kitchens, and experienced teams, we are able to operate more efficiently than a separate restaurant concept.
